Pores in face and also skin is not so tight as it should be?
Please try Mary Kay's Time Wise system. It is a 4 part system and they offer other products in addition to this basic line that will help with the elasticity of your skin. It worked wonders for me and my mother (25 and 55). It also gets rid of fine lines and wrinkles. They make it in 2 different skin types, normal to dry and normal to oily. I suggest contacting a MK consultant (you can find one through the link below) and set up an appointment. They offer try before you buy and also back their product 100%- so if you find that it doesn't work or you are not happy with your results you just call them- return the unused product and get your $$ back. It is a bit on the "expensive" side- but a little of their product goes a long way. I used my set for a little over 6 months! That is great! check it out!
Reply:what do you mean "not so tight"? do you mean you have really big pores?
Reply:As you get older Your skin texture will change and it may drup, When you in your late teen, you should have started a skin care line. Now that you are 34yrs, you should use products that will firm the skin and tighten the pores.

These will help you acheive that, Don't expect Miracle over night.

My cocker spaniel has badly matted hair on the back of his legs, tight to his skin. How do I remove them safely?

I have cut large portions of the matted hair with scissors, but there is still some very thick matting up tight to his skin!!

My cocker spaniel has badly matted hair on the back of his legs, tight to his skin. How do I remove them safely?
Get a good pair of clippers....something like a wahl KM-2 or Oster A-5....none of these cheapie walmart things. Probably a 15 blade would do it.....shave them out. Mats are hard on the blades too, will dull them quickly, so it's a good idea to do more thorough grooming in the future so he doesn't get in this condition again.
Reply:Hair mats need removing with special animal clippers. Don't use scissors as it is very easy to cut the skin. Contact a dog groomer or ring a vet if you think he will need sedation.
Reply:take him to a groomer.. he will need to have the hair clippered. Its not sade to use scissors.. the skin could be twisted in the hair and you could easily cut him.

Does the moon of your fingernail grow,if the skin is tight at the quick or the bottom tight to the finger?

If the skin is loosened on the bottom of the fingernail, will the moon appear,or grow with the nail,if the skin is kept loose? Is this the same with every fingernail?

Does the moon of your fingernail grow,if the skin is tight at the quick or the bottom tight to the finger?
It has nothing to do with how tight or loose the skin is as it is embedded under/into the nail. The moon is genetic and some people don't have them. So if you don't have the moon it is through no fault of your own and there is nothing you can do to make them appear.

Skin feeling tight in front of neck?

I dont wanna run to my doctors if its just tension.. I just had a baby 3 weeks ago.. I can breathe and swallow fine.. it just feels real tight on outside of throat , kinda from jaw almost to collarbone.

Skin feeling tight in front of neck?
Yes, it's possible that it could be related to tension but another possibility could be that of issues with muscles in that area (an example only) such as strain. The only way to know for sure what's going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

My skin feels tight and sore?

The skin on my chin and around my nose has suddenly become quite bumpy, almost leathery and my lips feel very sore. I don't know what has caused it, but I don't know how to get rid of it, any ideas?

It could be allergies.

Skin too tight?

I have noticed my foreskin has a white band on one side when i pull it back, it looks like the skin doesnt have any blood inside it, i havel also noticed what feel like little cuts on that part of the skin. I am 2 weeks into a new relationship and i keep telling her im not ready for sex only to hide the fact i cannot let her see this problem i have. Does anyone know what is causing it?

Skin too tight?
Alot of men have a foreskin that is too tight, its a common problem and can cause real discomfort. Go and see the doctor, he may have some cream or lubricant that can help you, but im afraid most men who have this problem end up having a circumsision, I dont want to alarm you though because from what I have been told, its straightforward and you dont feel anything during the procedure. I would hold of having sex though, as this may make it worse, you could really tear it and that would cause some pain no doubt! Good luck xx

All the best, bin there done that
Reply:go and see a doctor you will not get any help on here my friend it sounds like you have a problem with your knob. you may need to have it circumcised. hope this helps and take care.
Reply:circumsion-be afraid,be very afraid
Reply:It sounds like you have a condition called phimosis where the opening of the foreskin might be too small/tight. Sometimes there might be something called a "phimotic ring" which seems to be your case.

First if there are any cuts, let them heal fully. Don't touch the area too much except while cleaning with water and mild soap. Other than that, use lube or lotion if you're going to do something. Once it's healed you can try stretching techniques to resolve the situation. This involves stretching the opening of the foreskin as far apart as it'll go without pain or discomfort (like increasing its radius) for a few minutes each day. After a few weeks it should be okay. If you stretch too hard then you might cause more cuts, and that could lead to scarring and then you may need surgical intervention. Yes, this takes time and patience, but there's no surgery or doctor needed.

If that doesn't work there are prescription creams that're supposed to help. If that also doesn't work, there are still many other options to consider, all requiring some recovery time. There are operations like the dorsal slit where a small cut is made in that band you describe to release the tension, or a preputioplasty (see links). And of course there's circumcision, but that's pretty radical and unnecessary unless you're having a lot of pain or discomfort.

Regardless, 2 weeks into a relationship is too early for sex anyway. Try the above and see if it works out in a few more weeks or so.
Reply:Could be a condition called Phimosis or tight foreskin, and could get worse. Best solution is to get it trimmed off behind the glans and this will never happen again. Its a simple proceedure called circumcision and most boys in the U.S. have it done shortly after birth usually requested by the Mother.

I had my boys done and they have never had any problems. It also looks a lot better.

Had children, lost loads of weight, tight muscles, saggy skin!?

Since having my two babies (12 months ago) I have worked vigourously on my figure, my stomach muscles are tight my waist is down to a size 8(uk) but I cant shift this excess skin. Will is tighten over time, or is there anything that will tighten skin. Will not have surgery. Abdominal skin stretched loads covered in stretch marks, but can handle that but not the shrivelled wrinkly look on my tum.

Had children, lost loads of weight, tight muscles, saggy skin!?
Sorry to tell you but the skin is damaged and will not tighten up no matter how much you exercise or how much cream you use. I had the same problem after my two pregnancies. I consulted with four different doctors before i decided to have a tummy tuck. All they had to do was remove the extra skin. I know you said no surgery but just letting you know that is the only way to get rid of it. Don't waste your money on creams or over exercise, it wont help.
Reply:go on www.avon.co.uk and request a catalogue. you can buy a cream that firms the skin.

try and do yoga or something too to tone your stomach and weights to tighten muscle. it should go soon
Reply:I have just started using bil oil for my strecth marks and so far has been amazing and it says on the packet it works on saggy skins, so might be worth trying? Can get it from boots! Hope this helps, x

Tight foreskin? NOT phimosis. The skin part thats attached (im trying to describe here :P)?

hi everyone

If anyone can give me any help here it'd be great. I have a problem with pulling back my foreskin and I saw the doctor etc etc and did the pull it back a little more each day etc etc.. which worked great and I can now retract to behind the head when I'm NOT erect.

When I'm erect its not so much the foreskin that is tight but the skin that attaches the top of the foreskin to the penis, just behind the glands.

I'm sure that was explained ok.... ummm That bit of skin seems a little "short".

I am a virgin, and have a girlfriend, I have mentioned it to her and (by trying myself) I seem to be ok when I use a little "Lube"...

Can anyone offer any tips for this? - is it possible to stretch that bit of skin slightly.

Any help please. And when the time comes,.we will stay safe in bed ;) Thank you.

Tight foreskin? NOT phimosis. The skin part thats attached (im trying to describe here :P)?
Okay, what you have isn't phimosis and regardless of what anyone says you don't need a circumcision. It seems that your frenulum (that connective skin attaching the foreskin to the head) is short or tight. That's a different problem entirely.

I don't know if you can stretch that skin or not but it's worth a try. I'm sure over time it'll loosen up as you work your foreskin further back gradually. And if using lube helps then by all means use lube for the moment. I don't know if you'd want it cut off, as many guys find that spot particularly sensitive and some circumcised guys have it removed and are jealous (so I've read elsewhere).
Reply:No 1 cares. That wasnt even a question.
Reply:Grow up! Take some scissors and cut it off. Stop being a baby.

Doh!

G.G.
Reply:I think the only solution to this is to cut a slit vertically. There's no need to cut off the foreskin. This way the glans penis will be exposed all the time if this is what you prefer. Otherwise you can continue with what you're doing applying lube.
Reply:Just dont cut off the skin yourself, unless you want a painful trip to the emergency room.
Reply:did you tell the doctor what you told the whole world, here?

if the foreskin is not retracting all the way, when your penis is erect, then you need to tell that to the doctor, and have him circucmcise you.

Should I be concerned about my uncircumscised son's penis, which our practitioner mentioned has a tight skin?

I had chosen not to have my one male child circumscised. He's 4 1/2 now. However, without any men around us to compare with or consult with, I'm wondering about what the practitioner said at his last well-child check-up. Should I really be instructing my son on manipulating the skin, pulling it back, or should the whole thing be left alone? The truth is that we never think much about it. Will it not be right when he grows older if he doesn't play around with it now and practice pulling the skin back? Any advice or experience would be helpful. I'm a single mom and I actually do not know anything about this topic.

Should I be concerned about my uncircumscised son's penis, which our practitioner mentioned has a tight skin?
I was worried about my 2 year old's foreskin not retracting like one doctor said it should, so I did some research on the net. I found a site, which I'm not sure if I can find again, that said that the foreskin really doesn't retract fully until late teens, early twenties. Before then, it should not be forced back. The "tightness" of the foreskin and the "small" opening is a safety shield against germs. It is normal for the tip to be a little bit pink. To help avoid infections, make sure he doesn't have too many bubble baths, as the detergent can cause irritation.

I really think a lot of doctors are not well educated regarding the workings of the foreskin and are too quick to recommend they have it snipped.

In my opinion the foreskin retracting so late could've been the body's way of ensuring the young man didn't have sex until he was "fully matured", when the foreskin retracted fully. That's my theory anyway.
Reply:Here are some sites that will help you.

Reply:nah..i..dont think....mines pretty tight..but im not sure if i was circumsized or not...hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..
Reply:Yes, you should be concerned; it could cause painful sores later, and he may be forced to have a circumcision to rid them. Circumcision can be done at any age.
Reply:That is disturbing to read ugh ouch! If you would've done it when he was born, he wouldn't go in life remembering or thinking about it, but now if he has to have it circumcised he will remember that and that is one of the memories you don't want to remember. If this would have been taken care of when he was born this would have and would been easier on both of you, especially him.
Reply:you must be concerned of it..be your son circumcised or else when he is grown up from adolescent to a full and mature man ready to fall in love, ready to go on dating, and ready to get a wife..SHE WILL BLAME YOU FOR THE PROBLEM HE WILL BE ENCOUNTERING as a consequence for not being circumcised..believe me..
Reply:I know quite a few guys that complain about their foreskin hurting %26amp; being too tight. You should try to get your son's foreskin cut, you might be saving him from discomfort later on.

Oops, that is true..your son is now old enough to have long term memory! Hmmm.
Reply:is uncessary to circumscised your son's penis unless his penis has a tight skin.because i dont circumscised mine, i dont like and afraid to be circumscised, and it just fine till now ,as long i discipline cleaning my penis regularly.

why some religion / doctor suggest men to circumcsise their penis ?

because tight skin = %26gt; hardly clean = %26gt; dirty = %26gt; bacteria = %26gt; could infected himself / anyone who s e x with him.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER IF YOU HAD OF.

I THINK YOU SHOULD BE KEEPING IT PULLED BACK AND KEEP IT CLEAN.

JUST THINK OF THE PAIN HE WILL GO THROUGH IF IT IS NOT WASHED WELL AND PULLED BACK?

INFECTION=PAIN

A 4 YEAR OLD IS NOT GOING TO BE KEEPING IT PULLED BACK ALL THE TIME.

YOUR THE ONE WHO IS GOING TO HAVE TO DO IT.

HE IS YOUR SON, IT IS NOT SICKENING TO HELP HIM OUT.

UNTIL HE CAN DO IT OWN HIS OWN= WHICH SHOULD HAPPEN ABOUT THE TIME HE GOES TO SCHOOL.

HE WILL NOT UNDERSTAND ALL OF THAT.

YOU NEED TO KEEP IT CLEAN AND PULLED BACK
Reply:well if he has no problem in urinating or does not suffer from urinary tract infection, which manifest as burning micturation, frequency n the child holding his penis all the time, then no need to go for circumcision.
Reply:He needs to learn to pull the foreskin back in any event while bathing in order to keep the area clean. It should never be forced or manipulated painfully, but he should begin learning to move it while bathing so that it just becomes part of the daily routine. (And by the by, you might do well to get a shower card with testicular self-exam instructions when he's older as well.) Maybe you could work into it with a children's book on how the body works, and cleaning different parts of the body? My husband, who is uncircumcised, got a rather nasty bladder infection when he was about 10 or 11 and had to learn that then, so it is only to your son's good to learn to wash that way now, and it may assist with the tight foreskin issue which sometimes is not actually an issue. I will warn you that some men do wind up having to be circumcised later in life due to issues with the foreskin, which as I understand it is far more painful, but I think the cleanliness issue is more important than the supposed "tight foreskin," he's probably young yet to see if that's a problem.

If you don't feel comfortable instructing your son, you could try getting your doctor or a *really* trusted male with you very nearby(ie, your dad or brother) to do that, but your practitioner probably told you to instruct him for the child's comfort level.

I am 27 years old male. I am having a lot of trouble during sexual intercourse. My fore skin gets very tight when penis is erect and upon having sex it gets cut and that is very painful. Due to this problem I am not able to have sex. I have no problems of erection or any other disorder. My close friend advised me to get circumcised. Is that the only option? If not what do you advise?

I am 27 years old male. I am having a lot of trouble during sexual intercourse. My fore skin gets very tight?
Hi,

Application of coconut oil on the glans and then attempting retraction may benefit you. You may try it for a couple of weeks. If the problem still persists, circumcision by a competent plastic surgeon would be the option. However till then, you can wear a condom and then have sexual intercourse. This will prevent any movement of your foreskin and thereby there won’t be any cuts and intercourse would be painless!

Many men suffer from phimosis - a tight foreskin which cannot be retracted naturally. Glansie allows you to cure phimosis naturally in the comfort of your own home:

Improve arousal during sexual intercourse

Stop any chance of infection under the foreskin

No surgery, no doctors

Money back guarantee

Phimosis is a medical condition, occurring in many un-circumcised men, in which the foreskin cannot be fully retracted over the head of the penis. The condition is

embarrassing and reduces sensitivity of the penis during sexual intercourse.

Commonly it may also lead to infection of the head of the penis, causing irritation and discharge.

The tightening of the foreskin is caused by a tight preputial ring, a band of fibrous tissue at the end of the foreskin. Glansie allows you to stretch the preputial ring, gradually increasing the amount by which the foreskin can be retracted. This is a completely natural process, accomplished in the comfort of your own home.

Circumcision:

http://www.healthline.com/adamcontent/ci...

Definition

Circumcision is the surgical removal of the foreskin of the penis. It is often performed in healthy boys for cultural or religious reasons. In the U.S., circumcision of a newborn boy is usually done before he leaves the hospital. Jewish boys, however, are circumcised when they are 8 days old.

The merits of circumcision are currently under debate. There is NOT a compelling medical rationale for the procedure in healthy boys. However, some boys have medical conditions where circumcision may be needed.

Many physicians, rather than routinely recommending circumcision for healthy boys, allow the parents to make the decision after presenting them with the pros and cons.

Alternative Names

Foreskin removal; Removal of foreskin

Description

A numbing medication (local anesthesia) is recommended during the procedure. It might be injected at the base of the penis, in the shaft, or applied as a cream to reduce pain.

There are a variety of ways to perform a circumcision. Most commonly, the foreskin is pushed from the head of the penis and clamped with a metal or plastic ring-like device.

If the ring is metal, the foreskin is cut off and the metal device removed. The circumcision heals in 5-7 days.

If the ring is plastic, a piece of suture is tied tightly around the foreskin. This pushes the tissue into a groove in the plastic over the head of the penis. Within 5-7 days, the plastic covering the penis falls free, leaving a completely healed circumcision.

A sweetened pacifier or lollipop may be given to the baby during the procedure. This may reduce pain. Tylenol (acetaminophen) may be given afterward.

Circumcision of older and adolescent boys is usually done while the child is completely asleep and pain-free (using general anesthesia). The foreskin is removed and stitched onto the remaining skin of the penis. Stitches that will dissolve (absorbable sutures) are used and will be absorbed within 7 to 10 days.

Indications

In some faiths, including Judaism and Islam, circumcisions are performed on all baby boys as a religious rite. In some parts of the world, including Europe, Asia, and South and Central America, circumcision is rare among the general population.

Opinions vary among physicians regarding the need for circumcision in healthy boys. Some place great value on the benefits of an intact foreskin, including a more natural sexual response during adulthood.

However, some studies suggest that uncircumcised male infants have an increased risk of urinary tract infections. Other studies show correlations between being uncircumcised and an increased risk of developing penile cancer, some sexually transmitted diseases including HIV, infections of the penis, and phimosis (tightness of the foreskin, not allowing it to retract over the glans penis). The overall increased risk for these conditions is thought to be relatively small.

Proper hygiene of the penis and safe sexual practices can help prevent phimosis, penile cancer, AIDS, and other sexually transmitted diseases. Proper hygiene is always important, but is thought to be especially important for an uncircumcised male.

The American Academy of Pediatrics revised their policy statement on circumcision in March 1999, and this policy is supported by the American Medical Association. Their summary of the policy is the following:

"Existing scientific evidence demonstrates potential medical benefits of newborn male circumcision; however, these data are not sufficient to recommend routine neonatal circumcision. In circumstances in which there are potential benefits and risks, yet the procedure is not essential to the child's current well-being, parents should determine what is in the best interest of the child. To make an informed choice, parents of all male infants should be given accurate and unbiased information and be provided the opportunity to discuss this decision. If a decision for circumcision is made, procedural analgesia should be provided."

Foreskin Restoration

Here are the reasons to restore - outlining why all circumcised men should consider foreskin restoration:

· To restore the foreskin and to become intact, as nature intended, is to create an enhanced sensitivity of the penis and better sexual performance.

· The surface of the glans of the restored penis should be moist, thin and shiny mucous membrane. In the un-restored male it is a dried, thick and dulled protective layer, resulting from years of exposure to the air and rubbing of clothing.

· The extra skin on restored men provides for better intercourse because of the rolling action of the foreskin as opposed to the abrasive sliding action of circumcised men.

· With the use of this product your sexual performance will improve dramatically. No more doctors fees, no more expensive performance enhancing drugs. Foreskin restoration is the key.

· Doctors now acknowledge that there are no hygiene problems associated with restoring your foreskin.

· It is better psychologically for you to restore and feel intact.

· The MySkinClamp foreskin restoration device is manufactured from medical grade stainless steel.

Top 10 Reasons Men Don't Want Sex

Men always want sex. Right? Wrong. I have often heard the sexual partner of a man say, "My mate doesn't want to have sex. What's wrong with him? Don't all men want sex?" That's a common misunderstanding and it's based on the mistaken belief that men are wired to want sex most times they can get it.

Here's a list of ten common reasons why men may not want sex:

1. Medications. Antidepressants (SSRI-type) and antihypertensives (blood pressure medication) are often the culprit when a man has a lowered interest in sexual activity. These can also cause sexual dysfunction.

2. Lack of sleep. When a man is in his teens or twenties, the opportunity to have sex will often overwhelm the desire to sleep. This is often true also when a relationship is brand new. But, as people and relationships age, sex can lose its compelling nature and a good night's rest can be quite tempting.

3. Hormonal levels. The most important physiological stimulant of sexual desire is testosterone. Many men are mistakenly sent to have a blood test for total testosterone when low libido is the issue. While that information might be interesting to know to have a full picture of a man's hormonal levels, knowing the free testosterone level is much more relevant to how much sex he desires. Also, too much prolactin and SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin) can suppress sexual desire. So when a hormonal reason is suspected, these are the blood tests to have (in order of importance): free testosterone, prolactin, SHBG, and total testosterone.

4. Identity issues. When men feel uncertain about their role in the world, their desire for sex can dwindle. Depression may be linked to this, but isn't always. Identity issues can crop up when: he has issues at work or is out of work, faces the death of an important family member, becomes disheartened about a formerly held strong belief, and questions his understanding of his own sexual orientation -- to name a few.

5. Turn-off to aspects of the sex. Some men will turn away from sex rather than have sex that is not fulfilling to them. Lack of fulfillment can be related to specific things that his partner does during sex or how he experiences his partner's body. He may feel criticized or treated unfairly. It may just seem like too much "work." He may have sexual interests that he knows or fears his partner may not share.

6. Disagreements with one's mate. When there are interpersonal difficulties between the members of a couple, many men will avoid sex or just plain refuse their partner's advances. Some men punish their partner by withholding sex, but for others it's not a matter of punishment, they just cannot muster sexual feelings when there are unresolved conflicts.

7. Stress. Stress comes in many forms and may stem from: financial difficulties, personal or family member illness, challenges at work, parenting dilemmas, and issues involving extended family members. Of course, there are many more sources of stress.

8. Masturbation that replaces partnered sex. This is a hot topic since the advent of the Internet. It seems to some researchers in this field that many men who might not have sought out other sources of visual sexual stimulation (magazines, videos, movies) have found their way to locate sexual imagery online. For some couples, this can be a dilemma, particularly when the viewing of the images leads to masturbation, that then leads to less partnered sex. Less partnered sex feels like a blessing to some, but to others it is a frustrating and disappointing outcome.

9. Fear of intimacy. Some men have relationships with their romantic partner that resemble that of siblings. The contact that they experience in their relationship takes the intimacy level up so high that adding sexual intimacy on top of that feels like an overload. Though it may be difficult to imagine that a person could have too much intimacy, it is the hunch of many sex experts today that this is a very common cause of declining sexual frequency in couples.

10. Difficulties functioning sexually. Many men who have an erection dysfunction or believe that they ejaculate too soon -- or too late (if at all), will avoid having sex with their partner. Rather than face what feels like another experience of "failure" in our performance-obssessed culture, these men choose to avoid being sexual at all.

When partnered with a man who does not want sex, the optimal path does not include criticism, belittling, or slurs on his manhood. Armed with accurate information and professional help, most of these causes of sexual avoidance can be greatly improved and in many cases removed altogether.
Reply:The only what you should do is going to that, get a proper medical attention for it. even the type that may mean taking away of your forskin.
Reply:I know many men who have gotten circumcised at your age, a lot younger too. They all say sex in far better and we women love the look.

More and more country's are learning everything is better for circumcised men. Why go through life with a penis that will be only more problems down the road. Only gay old men like foreskin because they are sick in the mind.

The truth is we women love a clean penis and if it has a gross foreskin on it, it is useless.
Reply:(a) try using lubricant ... oil or gel

(b) use condom to stop foreskin moment

(c) if nothing works then circumcise
Reply:YEAA. YOU SHOULD. THERES A REASON WHY BOYS GET CiRCUMCiSED WHEN THEiR BABiES.
Reply:In response to the other post, fewer and fewer babies are getting circumcised. The US is the last remaining advanced country to do it at birth and the rates are going lower; some states as low as 14%.

What Mary said, a nurse, well, she works in a hospital or clinic. The only reason guys would go there to remove their foreskin is because they want to; of course they're going to be satisfied. That's like me saying that all foreskin restoration guys end up satisfied, so it's better. Of course they do.

If the stretching doesn't work, there's a cream.

It's 0.05% betamethasone and it works on 95% of cases.
Reply:the more cuts in foreskin the more scar tissue, less elasticity. circumcision maybe your only option. if so worried about losing whatever these anti cutting people on here are talking about if it is just the tip of the foreskin that it tight you could have a partial circumcision removing just the tight part. if not circumcision isn't bad. i had it done at 23, am 26 now and sex has only improved. no matter how often it is washed a circumcised one will always be cleaner than uncut. from most opinion polls it is prefered wether for sex, looks or hygeine.

it didn't hurt when i got circumcised. they do use anesthetics and pain meds are readily avaliable now days contrary to what the anti circumcision people on this site try to tell people. thier 'video links' are more often than not procedures filmed in the 80s or by doctors using out dated techniques.

you won't regret it. and your little problem so to speak will be gone. no more painful sex.
Reply:No, circumcision is not your only option. There are many options, but there are also a couple things you must take care of first though.

Before you do anything to remedy your phimosis (a condition where the foreskin opening is too tight/narrow to be retracted fully and easily) you must let your penis heal up. You need to wash the foreskin at least once a day during a shower/bath with mild soap and water. You should also gently dry the area with a towel afterwards. Try to keep the area dry throughout the day if possible. Also, using moisturizing lotion or lotion with aloe vera can help the healing process. You should refrain from doing anything that would move your foreskin a lot - any sexual activity (sex, masturbation, etc). Your foreskin should heal up in a week or two. You don't really need to use antibiotic creams, as that could kill the normal flora of the area and make things worse by causing an imbalance.

Once you're fully healed up, then you should try to remedy your phimosis. First try stretching exercises. In one stretching exercise, take two fingers and kind of hook each finger in two opposite sides of the foreskin opening; then stretch the opening in opposite directions (like increasing its radius) as far as possible without pain or discomfort. Stretch and hold for a few second, then let it relax for a few seconds, then repeat the process for a few minutes each day for several weeks to a month. It's best to do this exercise right after a shower/bath when the skin is most flexible (see link 1 for more info).

If this doesn't work or do much after a month, then you should ask a doctor about prescription creams. In one article, these creams are the most cost-effective treatment a doctor can give you (see link 2).

Lastly, worse comes to worst, and the creams also don't work, then you should probably consider surgical options. This doesn't necessarily mean circumcision, as there are procedures that remove less foreskin, are less painful, have a quicker recovery time, and are cheaper (see link 3). Also, there are varying degrees of circumcision ranging from partial circumcisions that remove almost no foreskin (only the tight part of the foreskin that's causing problems) to removal of the foreskin and even a little bit of shaft skin (see link 4).

See the remaining links for more info on phimosis and stuff. Chances are, if you don't want a circumcision, you won't need one - there are so many alternatives. If you do keep your foreskin, keep it as clean as possible, as that can help prevent future problems and even decrease the possibility of contracting some diseases (see last link).

Tight skin during dance practice?

today was the first day of dance for the musical and I noticed the skin on my thumbs was red and swollen and when I pressed down it tingled a little, and the same with my other fingers but less obvious. I ran them under warm water and held them over my head but nothing helped. They still feel enflamed and sort of hot.

The only thing different is that I used the schools soap to wash my hands once, but that was about 11:00 and it didn't start until 2:30. I haven't eaten anything different, so I don't know.

What is causing this? Is it normal? How can I prevent it? Thanks!

Tight skin during dance practice?
hand swelling during exercise is actually really common due to more blood flow in the hands (and the rest of the body). There's not really anything you can do to prevent the swellling, but applying lotion after practice or soaking them in warm water seems to help mine. Just be sure to remove your jewelry before to reduce discomfort.

My husband is malado and I am fair skin. He has tight curls and I have straight hair.?

Can you please let me know if my baby will look more malado with tight curls OR will have straight hair. What color skin tone will it have. Very curious awaiting mother.

My husband is malado and I am fair skin. He has tight curls and I have straight hair.?
Mulatto??

Probably will look mulatto, meaning mixed.
Reply:Could be either really. It depends on which genes are more dominant. You should stop worrying. I'm sure you'll have a beautiful baby.
Reply:I hope you have a healthy baby and you love him or her no matter what he or she looks like.
Reply:Nobody can tell you that.
Reply:You will find out when the baby is born.
Reply:I think you're going to have to wait until the baby is actually born. People can take guesses based on what you said, but there is no sure way of knowing.
Reply:There is really not a sure way of being able to forecast something like that! Genetics are strange! For example-I am Portuguese and Italian-with dark features-eyes, hair, etc...my ex-husband is African American. We have 3 boys together who amazingly look nothing like one another! My oldest is fair complected, with hazel eyes, and his hair has some curl to it. My middle son, is extremely dark complected with dark features and straight hair. While my youngest has a complexion in between his brother's and very curly hair. So, in a nutshell, there really isn't a way to predetermine what feature will be dominant in your child. If I gave my opinion, I would assume your child would be fairly light complected who's hair will have texture and body-possibly more wavy than curly.
Reply:It`s all about jeans. Some peoples are stronger than others. The rest is,to me,up to God.You may be able to get or take a test and find out. They have a test for almost everything now a days.
Reply:well, you never know till the baby is here.

i know a baby who's mom is white, very fair skinned, light red hair, and the dad is african american, dark skin, dark tight curly hair.

the baby is very fair skinned, dark hair, and very loose curly hair.
Reply:You will have to wait to find out! My husbands mother is white and his father black. I am white and my husbands skin is pretty light brown. Our first son was born with black hair and blue eyes. At about 6 months, he had blonde curly hair and green eyes! Plus, he is whiter than me. Our second son was born with black hair and black eyes, and now he is 1 and has gotten curly hair and is darker skinned than my husband! So, you never really know how they will turn out and that is the beauty of having a mixed family!

Reply:why would you want your wife to have fake boobs ... do u know that your wife can die sooner with fack boobs the stuff they use for the fake boobs have something in it that if they have a hole in them it can get in her blood and it can kill her do u want that? and the way i see it if you love your wife then love her the way she is dont make her get fake boobs just to make you happy cause that tell me that you dont love your wife for who she is... thank about it and thank hard too.
Reply:I dont know what your financial situation is but custom boots are not cheap especially the type you describe. I have two pair both bought for me by a former partner and they were expensive and they were not custom made...i suggest you try a GOOD shoemaker...if they cant do it they will know people who can....internet sourses may help but your partner will need to be measured and all for an exact fit.

What's the name of the man who had a tv show in which he wore a skin tight outfit with innards drawn on it?

It was an educational program that focused on health.

What's the name of the man who had a tv show in which he wore a skin tight outfit with innards drawn on it?
That's John Burstein. His TV show/character was called "Slim Goodbody".

EDIT: The show was actually called "Inside Story". I always thought of it as the Slim Goodbody show when I was watching it; I was five or so at the time.

To me ,a man, a lady with good body looks better with loose clothes than that skin tight stuff,if they got it

I've never known a man to NOT turn his head when a hot chic in tight clothes lookin good walks by. Even if it's just a slight move, barely a tilt of the head, he still does it.

To me ,a man, a lady with good body looks better with loose clothes than that skin tight stuff,if they got it
And this is a question?

You got better stuff to do then to waste time?
Reply:You know I agree to a certain point, the clothes shouldn't be so baggy, they need to be the appropriate size and fit, not skin tight and not falling off of them as well or where they look like they are wearing a tent and a skirt. I also am sick of seeing peoples belly's, these jeans are so low and the shirts are so high cut, I especially hate to see this on little girls like 13 year olds, it looks horrible.
Reply:I wouldn't say "loose" clothes, but clothes that "fit" instead of "tight" clothes. No one looks good in skin tight, painted on clothes, regardless of their body type. Though, everyone looks good in clothes that fit.

Firm/Tight Skin Around Jaw Line?

I have a normal jawline at the moment but if I pull in the skin around it, it looks really chiselled. I'm really thin so it's not fat, just skin. Is there any way of getting rid/firming the skin here without plastic surgery? Like exercises or something? Does everyone have excess skin around their jawline?

Firm/Tight Skin Around Jaw Line?
maybe if you lose weight.. it might kinda tighten up your skin.. there are on the counter ingredients at stores that make your skin tighter.. you might wanna try those..
