I have a normal jawline at the moment but if I pull in the skin around it, it looks really chiselled. I'm really thin so it's not fat, just skin. Is there any way of getting rid/firming the skin here without plastic surgery? Like exercises or something? Does everyone have excess skin around their jawline?

maybe if you lose weight.. it might kinda tighten up your skin.. there are on the counter ingredients at stores that make your skin tighter.. you might wanna try those..
