Skin too tight?

I have noticed my foreskin has a white band on one side when i pull it back, it looks like the skin doesnt have any blood inside it, i havel also noticed what feel like little cuts on that part of the skin. I am 2 weeks into a new relationship and i keep telling her im not ready for sex only to hide the fact i cannot let her see this problem i have. Does anyone know what is causing it?

Skin too tight?
Alot of men have a foreskin that is too tight, its a common problem and can cause real discomfort. Go and see the doctor, he may have some cream or lubricant that can help you, but im afraid most men who have this problem end up having a circumsision, I dont want to alarm you though because from what I have been told, its straightforward and you dont feel anything during the procedure. I would hold of having sex though, as this may make it worse, you could really tear it and that would cause some pain no doubt! Good luck xx

Reply:yeah, the problem is caused by lack of Sex ... gay boy.. give her one
Reply:Yes mate probably diabetes. What happens is that you are weeing a chemical that causes it.

Go and see your quack and I guess you have other problems, tiredness, muscle fatigue, et al.

Use a cream, (her hand cream?) after washing willy every time you pee helps.

All the best, bin there done that
Reply:go and see a doctor you will not get any help on here my friend it sounds like you have a problem with your knob. you may need to have it circumcised. hope this helps and take care.
Reply:circumsion-be afraid,be very afraid
Reply:It sounds like you have a condition called phimosis where the opening of the foreskin might be too small/tight. Sometimes there might be something called a "phimotic ring" which seems to be your case.

First if there are any cuts, let them heal fully. Don't touch the area too much except while cleaning with water and mild soap. Other than that, use lube or lotion if you're going to do something. Once it's healed you can try stretching techniques to resolve the situation. This involves stretching the opening of the foreskin as far apart as it'll go without pain or discomfort (like increasing its radius) for a few minutes each day. After a few weeks it should be okay. If you stretch too hard then you might cause more cuts, and that could lead to scarring and then you may need surgical intervention. Yes, this takes time and patience, but there's no surgery or doctor needed.

If that doesn't work there are prescription creams that're supposed to help. If that also doesn't work, there are still many other options to consider, all requiring some recovery time. There are operations like the dorsal slit where a small cut is made in that band you describe to release the tension, or a preputioplasty (see links). And of course there's circumcision, but that's pretty radical and unnecessary unless you're having a lot of pain or discomfort.

Regardless, 2 weeks into a relationship is too early for sex anyway. Try the above and see if it works out in a few more weeks or so.
Reply:Could be a condition called Phimosis or tight foreskin, and could get worse. Best solution is to get it trimmed off behind the glans and this will never happen again. Its a simple proceedure called circumcision and most boys in the U.S. have it done shortly after birth usually requested by the Mother.

I had my boys done and they have never had any problems. It also looks a lot better.
