How to make my skin more tight?

I lost alot of weight, and now i have muscle and all, but i have loose skin. Not disgustingly to the point where i need surgery, but i want to look more tight and cut.





I heard drinking alot of skim milk helps with tighter skin, is this true?

stretching and doing exercises without weight is the best way to tone...
Reply:Add some more muscle to fill out. Your skin should have shrunk as you lost the weight, not do so afterwards. I doubt the calcium in the milk will help at this stage aside from making your skin look good.
Reply:Hmm I'd also like to see the answer "if there is one" I lost 20 lbs over the summer and have a bit of loose skin. I have read though that it will tighten with time.
Reply:gain muscle mass is really the only thing you can do.

Reply:The skin may be looser and there really isn't alot that can be done. You could try vitamins. Calcium, yes, helps the skin. Also, Omega-3. I highly recommend talking to your doctor before purchasing the trying new vitamins at your age.
Reply:Maybe you should give Pilates a try. It's target is tone and tighten to give you lean muscle. If you've already been working out you could add this to your regular schedule to tone up. There are tons of Pilates Vids at most stores but I recommend the Windsor Series...





Also if you have a membership at a gym you might want to try and pay the extra money for a trainer. They will know the best method on how to get the results you are looking for.
Reply:I think you should turn to Yoga.There are some postures in Yoga could help tightening your skin.Every day 45 min,please last a month to 2 month will do.
