When i get up in morning my all body skin is tight and toned but after sometimes it saggs?

in morning when i get up my body skin is tight but sfter sometimes it becomes looser or sagged,.....specially on lower abdomen, love handles hip bones area......please help?

why not work out those areas, get muscle, so that morning tight and tone look you are having will be real and wont sag.
Reply:um, could it be the effect of gravity if you go from lying down to standing or sitting?
Reply:It is fliud or your muscles relaxed. Try working-out more to keep toned.
Reply:sometimes skin does that because it is dry i suggest vaseline lotion and apply often! Good Luck!
Reply:WOW that happens to me too... i dunno but i started riding bikes and walking in the park.... it works and it gets rid of some of the fat that makes us look saggy....I'm thin and all but i have a "poochy" belly.... If you want to you can walk run, well try any of your favorite sport...it works with me.....it might work for you too.
Reply:I think this happens to a lot of people. I notice that when I eat breakfast my stomach becomes a little less toned. Try this. . .


We all watch t.v. at some point in the day. While you watch t.v. do crunches, wall sits, push-ups, etc. This way, you can be relaxing and watching t.v. but you're getting your body a bit more toned. I do this for about a 1/2 hour every other day and after a week you'd be surprised at the difference.
