Where can I buy skinny jeans from that fit skin-tight?

I don't really buy a lot of pants because they never fit me properly but I want to buy a pair of skinny jeans (or drainpipes?) that fit skin tight. Most of my clothes are size 6 UK but I'm worried that the skinny jeans may look slightly baggy on me. I'm thinking of going to H%26amp;M on boxing day but I may not have time.Where can I buy fairly cheap skinny jeans from that would fit me properly?
