Is it possible for skin to be tight after losing a lot of weight without surgery?

i've been planning on losing weight for a long time and the only thing that been keeping me from losing weight is because of the loose skin that will result afterward. i do not want to go into surgery. is there a natural way to make skin tighter without surgery?

Reply:It depends on your age somewhat. The younger you are, the most elasticity your skin has to keep in shape. Try simple toning exercises. There are also some great body firming creams on the market.
