Is there a way to keep skin tight?

I see people who have lost alot of weight, the skin on the stomach is saggy. Is there a way to prevent this?

Drink PLENTY of water, and go to the store and buy some Evening of Primrose gelcaps. Primrose has skin tightening properties. A chromium picolinate supplement couldn't hurt either. This won't prevent it, but it will make the difference - along with core exercises. Walking also helps, as it tones the core and helps with posture and structure to hold the frame upright. Hope this helps - now go drink up and get walking to the drugstore. ;}

Reply:I don't think so. I had three kids and lost all the weight and ended up having a tummy tuck to get rid of all of the skin. I did everything that I was told to do as far as wearing support around my stomach and putting vitamin e cream on. Nothing worked and stretch marks are kind of inevitable as well
