Where can i find white skin-tight gloves that go up to my elbows, and how much do they cost? are they itchy?

i have a formal in about 4 weeks and my friend said it would be a good idea for my to wear these, but the problem is (as you can see from my question) that i don't have the slightest idea where to get any, and i promised my friend that i would get her a pair too so i'm kind of in a jam. that's why it's really great that yahoo answers is here because i've asked a lot of questions under a diffrent nick- name, and i usually always get responses, soooooo......, yeah...., and also if any of you wonderful people out there could make sure that you answer my very very very very very very important queston sooner than you guys usually do that would be really really really reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy... great. yeah i know i'm a spaz that writes too much. oh wow i only have 85 characters left to work with. well gotta go. thank you for all of your help. Bye!!

Call a bridal shop. They should have them or be able to special order them for you and your friend.

It has been a long time since I've bought any, so I wouldn't begin to guess at price. The ones that fit the best used to button (pull on gloves lose their stretch fast), and if that is the style you buy you need to carry a hair pin. Put the pin around the base of the button where the shank is sewn to the glove, thread the hair pin through the button hole, and pull through. Saves time and fingernails :)

You might also call your local thrift stores (this is the kind of thing that gets dumped out when someone moves to a nursing facility) and costume shops.

Oh, forgot. They aren't itchy. Some are really satin, and others are tight knit to resemble satin, no roughness.
Reply:Davids Bridal
Reply:Claires usually has some that are not too itchy, just different feeling. Oh and the prices shouldn't be too horribly obcene, most likely under $20.
