Where can I get tight (not skin tight but still tight), black skinny jeans?

I am pretty short and skinny. I'm a size 12 in KIDS. Please recommend any stores except for Tilly's and Abercrombie. Thanks!

Miss sixty has the best skinny jeans ever, but they are pricy. Delias has great ones too, i have a pair that I wear like everyday.
